Capt. Ioannis Papamarkou is a Master Mariner that sailed with crude oil tanker and bulk carrier vessels. Presently, he is employed as Marine, Vetting & HSQE Superintendent having attended oil product / crude & chemical tankers as well as geared & gearless bulk carrier vessels. He also holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Derby with a thesis research in ISM Code & Ship Inspections effectiveness on HSQE Management.
