• Is the Class Certificate valid?
• Are the annual, intermediate and special surveys being carried out within range dates?
• Are the past Class Survey Reports available?
• For vessels > 5 years old, is the ESP file including survey reports for hull structures, condition evaluation report (executive hull summary) and Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (UTM) updated?
• Is an updated Class Survey Status Report being provided?
  
• Is the vessel free of condition of class, significant recommendation, notations or memorandum?

Special Requirements for Tanker Ships > 15 years old

• Is the vessel being enrolled in Classification Society Condition Assessment (CAP) voluntary program? 
• Is CAP certificate available?
• Is CAP report for hull, machinery, cargo systems available?
• Is fatigue analysis report available?
