Important Clarifications

• The cooking oil should be collected into a marked non-combustible can by Chief Cook.
• It should be incinerated mixed with rags or disposed at shore facility. In any case, such a procedure shall be stated in Garbage Management Plan.
• In case of disposal ashore, a relevant receipt must be issued.
• The incineration or delivery must be recorded in Garbage Record Book (Category D) only but NOT in Oil Record Book Part I.
