• Is an update officer's matrix being uploaded onto OCIMF database at the time of inspection?
• Does the officer's matrix reflect the information and qualifications of officers on board?
• Has sufficient overlap for Master / Chief Officer and Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer been provided by vessel's Management?
• If a seafarer holds a CRA (Certificate of Receipt of Application), is its period less than 3 months?

Useful Remarks

• If an officer holds a CRA, then "Applied for" shall be reflected in Administration Acceptance row instead of "Yes".
• If an officer holds advanced chemical tankers certificate, same shall be reflected in matrix,
• In accordance with Rightship inspectors, under the certificate of competency row shall be mentioned the STCW Regulations for COC as II/1, II/2 etc.
