Inspection

• Are all Seafarers Employment Agreements (SEA) being complied with MLC 2006 requirements?
• Are SEA being complied with ILO in terms of Minimum Wage Scale?
• Are all seafarers being provided with a copy of the SEA.ILO publishes the annual ILO Minimum Wage Scale?
• Are all SEA within their expiry date?
• Has extension been provided when SEA being expired?
• Is any crew member more than 12 months on board?
• Are all seafarers being paid at least on monthly basis?
• Is the schedule of duties together with hours of work / rest being posted?
• Is the insurance covering repatriation liabilities posted in conspicuous places?
