Inspection
- Is the IMO number permanently marked as per SOLAS requirements?
- Is the vessel's name clearly marked?
- Is the port of registry clearly marked?
- Are the load lines, Plimsoll disk and Class Society abbreviation permanently marked?
- Is the deck line permanently marked?
- Are draft marks permanently marked?
- Are tug push points clearly indicated?
- Are thruster warnings clearly indicated (if fitted)?
- Is bulbus bow clearly indicated (if fitted)?
Remarks
- All hull markings shall be painted in a contrasted color.
- For vessels with multiple load lines, only the assigned load lines shall be painted.
