Is ODME operation being carried out in compliance with MARPOL requirements & INTERTANKO recommendations?
Are the ODME operation entries being complied with INTERTANKO recommendations?
If ODME operation was being carried out during nighttime, is a risk assessment being documented?
Is the ODME in good working condition?
If a printer is fitted, are the print-outs clearly legible?
Is there evidence that ODME well maintained and tested in accordance with PMS & maker's requirements?
Is the maker's manual being approved by the Classification Society?
Is a EC type examination certificate available on board?
In case of any failure occurred, are the date, time and reason of failure (if known) being recorded in ORB Part II?
In case of any failure occurred, is a risk assessment, defect report and Flag Administration dispensation letter being documented?

Is the ODME equipment being upgraded or renewed as to comply with the relevant transportation requirements?
If the ODME has been upgraded as to comply with bio-fuel blends transportation requirements, are the amendments of maker's manual being endorsed by the Classification Society?
If a new type of ODME has been installed as to comply with bio-fuel blends transportation requirements, is the maker's manual being approved by the Classification Society?
